The terms of your Content Guru membership

What Content Guru is

Content Guru reads your public profile, tells you what is working and what is holding you back, gives you content pillars, a calendar of ideas, drafts in your voice, and a coach to talk to. It is advice and drafts. What you post, and what happens after you post it, is yours: Content Guru cannot post for you, does not promise growth, and never guarantees a result on any platform.

Content Guru reads only what is public. It does not connect to your social accounts, and you must not use it to read profiles you have no right to look at or to harass anyone.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 and able to enter a contract where you live. One account per person; keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may scan a handle you do not own only if it is public, and you must not use Content Guru to impersonate anyone.

Price, trial and billing

The membership is €9.99 per month, billed monthly by Stripe to the card you give at sign-up. It starts with a 7-day free trial: a card is required, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. A creator referred by another member gets a 14-day trial. Prices include VAT where it applies; taxes are shown at checkout.

You can cancel any time from Profile in the app, or from the billing portal linked there. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. Cancel later and your membership runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charge is made. We do not refund a period that has started, except where the law says otherwise or where something on our side went wrong, in which case write to us.

If a payment fails, we email you and retry; if it keeps failing, the desk locks until a payment goes through. If we change the price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Your content and ours

What you upload and what Content Guru writes for you is yours. You give us the permission we need to store it and to run it through the services that make Content Guru work, and nothing more. We do not use your content to advertise, and we do not show it to other members.

The app, its design, its name and the coach's way of working are ours. You may use them as a member; you may not copy the service or resell access to it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Content Guru to produce spam, deceive people, infringe someone's rights, or break a platform's rules. Do not try to break into the service, scrape it, or overload it. We can suspend an account that does, after telling you why.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Content Guru up, and we rely on providers (Stripe, Supabase, Google, Apify, Vercel, Resend) that occasionally fail; when they do, parts of Content Guru may pause. We give the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising from Content Guru is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost followers, revenue or reputation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending and changing

You can close your account any time by emailing us. We can end the service with 30 days' notice by email, and refund any prepaid period you will not get. We may update these terms; if a change matters we tell you in the app and by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use Content Guru afterwards means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without affecting the consumer protections of the country you live in. Future Nostalgia Studios Inc is the party you contract with.
